To help families and volunteers keep youth safe while online, the Boy Scouts of America introduces the Cyber Chip. In developing this exciting new tool, the BSA teamed up with content expert NetSmartz®, part of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children® and training expert for many law enforcement agencies.



BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA



The Boy Scouts of America (BSA) provides the nation’s foremost youth program of character development and values-based leadership training, which helps young people be “Prepared. For Life.®” The Scouting organization is composed of approximately 2.2 million youth members between the ages of 5 and 21 and approximately 800,000 volunteers in local councils throughout the United States and its territories.



Prairielands Council



Prairielands Council, BSA provides character development and value-based leadership training to youth in nine counties of east-central Illinois and west-central Indiana. And we do it by having fun!
The council is based in Champaign, Illinois and currently offers over 2,800 youth a program of responsible fun and adventure.



Camp Drake



Camp Robert Drake is a Boy Scout Camp in the heart of the Midwest that serves the units of Prairielands Council and scouts from units across the country. Just a short distance off the Oakwood exit of Interstate 74, Camp Drake is a wilderness gem of Central Illinois featuring great terrain and the beautiful Salt Fork River. We look forward to seeing you at camp!

The order is Scouting's national honor society that recognizes Scouts and Scouters (adults) who maintain camping traditions and provide cheerful service to others. Once a First Class scout, they are eligible to be elected by their peers as long as they have met the camping requirement of 15 days and nights of Scout camping during the previous two years, and must include one long-term resident camp (such as Camp Drake).
